Not Constrained by Form, Resulting in Better Overall Efficiency.

The shell type four sided sealing VIP adopts a pre formed barrier film bottom shell with pre formed corners, and the entire process is controllable, ensuring product performance and service life.   The flat shape can be customized according to actual needs, such as circular, square, polygonal, or any shape. The dimensional accuracy tolerance is small, making it easy to embed in different positions. The regular appearance is beneficial for reducing product assembly heat bridges.

No Folding, Low Transmittance, And More Fidelity of the Product.

The shell type four sided sealing VIP does not require a folding process, and there is no problem of reduced barrier, effectively avoiding hard damage to the product during the process.   The packaging process uses a pre formed barrier film bottom shell. Compared with traditional processes, the new process results in a higher vacuum degree inside the bag at the same vacuum time, resulting in high-performance VIP boards.  

Aging Resistance, Puncture Resistance, And Longer Lifespan.
